This wonderful Action packed painting of Brave the mighty band stallion chasing the little pinto Apache was a request, to be included the new book on Sand Wash Basin photographers, Joe Tosh, John Wagner and Patrick Brennan. The Book was just released in November of 2012 for online sales only. And features a number of photographs by various photographers of these Amazing wild horses and three artists who also have a passion for painting. The reference images for this painting came from photographer Joe Tosh.

I'm a 30-plus year veteran artist in The Shenandoah Valley and Piedmont of Virginia. My subject matter is mostly Equine, companion animals and Country Life.
